What the score means

The Worth the Wake score is an opportunity and likely-comfort rating from 1 to 10. It is not a safety certification and never states that a boat is “safe” for conditions. A high comfort score can never override an official warning — active advisories and warnings are shown prominently and cap the score.

Conditions change

Marine forecasts carry uncertainty, and conditions can shift faster than any model predicts. Always check current official forecasts and marine alerts, watch the actual water, and use your own judgment and local knowledge before and during every trip.
