The service

Worth the Wake sends an email-first, boat-specific interpretation of marine and weather data. It is provided for planning and comfort, on an “as is” basis, without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular trip.

You are the captain

Conditions can change quickly and forecasts can be wrong. You remain solely responsible for the decision to go boating and for the safety of your vessel and everyone aboard. Always consult official forecasts, marine alerts, and current conditions.

No safety certification

Scores reflect likely comfort and opportunity, not safety. Nothing in a forecast should be read as certifying that conditions or your boat are “safe.”

Changes

We may update the service, these terms, and our supported areas over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
